Watching his mother create a foundation in real estate inspired Mike to join her venture, which naturally evolved into Rubino Ryder.

Prior to real estate, Mike worked as an elementary school teacher and later in law enforcement — experiences that shaped his ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and remain composed in high pressure situations.

Today, Mike combines that people-first mindset with strong technical and analytical skills to help clients make informed decisions. He focuses on the details that drive results – from assessing properties to managing the marketing and preparation of each listing.
